Refund Policy
FIT & ABLE’S PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE!
After registration all sales are final and there are no refunds. BUT participants who cannot attend the in-person race may (1) SWITCH to the virtual race, (2) DEFER to the next year’s race, (3) TRANSFER to any other Fit & Able-owned race (of similar or shorter distance) within one year of the original registered event, (4) EXCHANGE with another runner, or (5) CONVERT to a donation upon request FOR ANY REASON and NO QUESTIONS ASKED up to 48 hours prior to the in-person race day.
If the in-person race is unable to occur FOR ANY REASON within 48 hours prior to the in-person race day the event WILL NOT BE CANCELLED entirely. All participants will be switched to the virtual race. No other registration transfers, exchanges, or deferrals will be available after the 48 hour deadline. Refunds are not available for any reason.
